Aly Bush has over 7 years experience in the hospitality and spirits industry. The world of spirits and cocktails combined some of her greatest fascinations: botany, horticulture, chemistry, all things delicious, and a damn fine party. After taking a break from creating menus and bartending professionally, her home bar quickly became the place to be for an incredible drink alongside an education on the incredible science behind the base spirits, the flavor profiles, and how it all comes together to make one of the best cocktails you've ever had. Aly's friends and family have had the privilege of her fascinating knowledge-base, her uncanny ability to bring flavors together in magical ways, and access to her diverse and rare collection of spirits. Now we've finally convinced her to bring it to the masses.
